Christmas time

We took Avery to "Downtown Christmas in Patterson" on Saturday. She loved being outside and running around. We got pictures with Santa, which Avery wasn't too sure about-not even when Santa offered her a candy cane!... She loves to take the ornaments off the tree everday. So, we have a "new" tree on a daily basis!

Grandma and Grandpa Nobles

Grandma and Grandpa Nobles came to meet Avery the first week of December. She had fun getting to know another set of grandparents. The morning after they left she came downstairs, turned the corner and said, "hi". She thought they would be sitting on the couch. While they were in town, they helped us put up our Christmas tree. We are enjoying getting ready for Christmas.

Thanksgiving

We went to Salt Lake for Thanksgiving, it was fun to see everyone. I made my friend Anna get up before the crack of dawn the day after Thanksgiving to go shopping...she must really love me! We had a great time. Avery and I stayed in SLC for the week and helped Grandma Jeppson shop for Christmas. We also did alot of baking while we were there...Avery loves to bake with Mom. She runs to the oven and looks in it and says,"cookies, cookies!"

Our Anniversary

We took a 3 day weekend and went to Tahoe for our 4 year anniversary. It was nice to get away since Johnny has been working such long days lately. We were able to take Avery to the very spot where we were married at Emerald Bay, that was special for us.

Boo

Avery's 2nd Halloween, she was a bumble bee! She had so much fun trick-or-treating and especially loved the chocolate!

Let's give this a try

My sister Michelle has been "blogging" for a while and I love to read her blogs to keep updated on her family. So, I've decided to start a blog for our family-hope it will be enjoyed!

I will start with our newest adventure--our big move to California! We are loving beautiful Cali, it feels good to be back home. Avery has enjoyed getting to know her Uncle Zach, she laughs everytime she hears his name. He is very cute with her. We are "enjoying" getting the new house put together, little by little. Johnny and Zach have allready put a nice new floor in on the main level. We have gotten a lot of painting done, but are still working on it. The pic is of our front entry.

We have met some great neighbors and are have fun getting to know them. My neighbor Lisa and I have gotten together twice allready and scrapbooked :).
